Addicted to Soap Operas?

For all the America Latina Soap Operas are the best shows on the TV , to me is like the same story over and over again either rich guy falls in love of a poor girl, but the family is not agree with it then the girlfriend or either the mother of the guy is the one who tries everything to stop the weeding or their love. and that's it at the end they get together and they are happy for the rest of their life's and finally the evil people disappears.

is the same story over and over again, and people like that, people's reaction is amazingly insane, they cry, they show so much passion for the show, even there's a lot of people that cant wait all day to see whats is going to happen that night!!!...i mean is sooo stupid!!! they know what is going to happen at the end anyways.

and the acting is horrible, people feels is that easy to go and act like is nothing!!!, or because you have a pretty face you are the best actor ever!!.. you have seen actors on Soap Operas that suck so much on TV and then doing theater..that's even worse. there's no way i can't let myself to do that or to watch that it makes me terrible mad.

if you say in America Latina that you want to be an actor first thing people say is " so you ready to do some novels?", that's the kind of knowledge that people knows in that part of the world..mos of them don't have any clue what a good acting is.

one of my uncles was a great actor, he used to do a lot of theater. but then he had job on Televisa one of the best TV industries in Mexico as a director and last Christmas i asked him how he could direct actors who have never have any training or any acting background and they suck acting. he said " that's why i fought a lot with the actors". two years later he quit.

I'm not saying all of them suck but if you go to different cities on Mexico you will find a lot of theater and a lot of REAL actors, with an amazing training and they are not even famous at all but their job is worded to see, and all the bad acting is full of "famous" people and "beautiful" people is on TV....doing nothing.
